A signature is required for all orders to be delivered. We are not responsible for any delay of shipment due to holidays, natural cause or any delay with the delivery company. We advise customers to order in a timely fashion. If packaging is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days after payment is received and fully processed. Shipping confirmation and tracking number will be issued via email once your order is shipped.
